Teacher and founder

Born from a lifelong commitment to movement, health, and authentic teaching. After years of teaching in renowned studios and founding The Authentic Pilates Studio in 2008, a chapter that spanned nearly a decade, life called for a reset. A sabbatical year turned into a much-needed pause, extending through the global pandemic.

What emerged was a renewed vision—rooted in passion and precision. Physio & Pilates Clinic is a boutique wellness space in SW London where the Contrology method comes to life. Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original work, every session is a tribute to the original method’s transformative power.

Today, the studio offers both private, tailor-made sessions and energising group classes designed to meet you where you are. Whether a beginner or an experienced mover, you'll find intelligent, challenging, and supportive instruction in every class. This is more than just a workout—it’s a lifestyle.
